Web Marketing Strategy

How It Works

Exploring the Process We Use

We use a very straightforward, tried and trusted process to help you with your online strategy. It is made up of a 3 stage process.

  1. Needs Assessment
  2. Programme of Consultancy
  3. Reporting

1. Needs Assessment

We kickoff the consultancy with a brief needs assessment process. This involves gathering information to produce a clear statement of your needs, concerns, hopes, and aspirations.

We work to determine what success looks like for your enterprise, and construct an outline of the types of challenges you have at present with regard to internet strategy.

Finally, we decide together what a successful outcome of the consultancy would look like, and how and to whom this has to be communicated.

2. Programme of Consultancy

The next stage is to decide with you a programme of consultancy that will solve or resolve the types of issues before you, to determine what matters need consideration in order to achieve the success you have described.

This programme of consultancy may include the following elements:

  • White Papers
  • Workshops
  • Seminars
  • Questionnaires
  • Surveys

Involving the Whole Team

We also provide access to our proprietary ICE3 Enterprise Collaboration Suite so you can:

  • Create Project Teams to work together
  • Create documents and policies collaboratively using Wikis
  • Share ideas and comment on those of others using Blogs
  • Share documents to ensure everyone has the latest information with the Document Manager
  • Enjoy indepth discussions with dedicated project forums

Being able to work on, communicate, and develop your online strategy at your own pace, with the involvement of multiple users - without needing to juggle everyone's diary for meetings - provides a powerful form of collaboration that genuinely facilitates the development of a robust online strategy with extensive buy-in.

3. Reporting

The final stage of the process is reporting - this involves the creation of one or more reports which are delivered to the people who have the power to act.

The results and recommendations of the consultancy process will include:

  • a statement of what you should do,
  • what key performance indicators should be tracked, and
  • what targets should be determined.

You will be left with a road-map of where to go next, what pitfalls to avoid and a clear understanding of how to get to your goal!
